Design fan components, controls, and mounting equipment
Manage bills of materials for products and ensure that all systems align
* Develop innovative designs to meet all requirements for performance, reliability, serviceability, cost, and manufacturability * Provide digital drawing images for use in technical documents and marketing materials * Confirm equipment capabilities by designing effective testing methods
Validate designs utilizing FEA
* Support production during new product start-up * Evaluate mechanical and electro-mechanical systems, products, components, and applications * Design fan system lay-outs for customers and Sales Department * Correspond with Supply Chain for product procurement * Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed
Qualifications · Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field · 3-5 Years experience · Fluent in 2D CAD and 3D CAD · Ability to coordinate, monitor, and manage multiple projects · General knowledge of sheet metal, welding, machining, and other fabrication processes · Familiar with dimensioning and tolerancing practices · Excellent verbal and written communication skills · Fluent in Microsoft Office Success Factors and Job Competencies
