About
Responsibilities
Assist with construction projects from planning through close-out under senior PM guidance
Support scope development, cost estimates, schedules, and RFP documentation
Coordinate with internal teams (Facilities, IT, Security) and external vendors
Participate in site walks, contractor meetings, and inspections
Track budgets, schedules, risks, and project documentation
Help prepare status reports, punch lists, and close-out materials
Qualifications
Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
Strong interest in construction project management
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
Preferred
Exposure to MS Project, Procore, Smartsheet, or AutoCAD
