?? Freeport area, TX (Hybrid)We're looking for a relationship-driven Business Development Manager to grow key accounts in an industrial, project-based environment. This role blends account management and sales—expanding existing customers while driving new business.What You'll Do:Own and grow key customer accountsBuild strong relationships with operations and decision-makersIdentify opportunities for repeat work, expanded scope, and new servicesDevelop and manage a sales pipeline from outreach to closePartner with internal teams (estimating, production, operations) to deliver projectsAct as the main bridge between customers and internal teamsEnsure a high-quality customer experience and long-term retentionWhat We're Looking For:5+ years in account management, business development, or similar rolesExperience in industrial, energy, construction, or field servicesProven track record of growing accounts and driving revenueStrong communication and cross-functional collaboration skillsAbility to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environmentNice to Have:Oil & gas, fabrication, or industrial services backgroundExperience with project-based work, contracts, and pricingCRM and pipeline management experienceWhy This Role: A "hunter + farmer" opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships while driving growth in a hands-on, operational environment.
