Sales Support Representative
We are looking for a Sales Support Representative in New Providence, NJ with strong SAP experience to look for patterns/trends and provide administrative direction and coaching to the sales field. This is a hybrid remote position and will require two to three days onsite. Hours are Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM with possible OT. Responsibilities Process ownership and alignment, measurement and tracking of productivity and the coordination of training efforts to achieve maximum effectiveness. Work cross-functionally with customer service, supply chain and accounts receivable to design, implement and execute sales support programs. Develop business requirements for the various Sales systems of record to ensure partner needs are met through the order to service delivery experience, culminating in accurate partner commissions and sales attribution Define, document and implement improvements to day-to-day sales support Actively participate in key sales support activities: Master Data Maintenance, Pricing Entry, Order Tracking (working with supply chain and customer service), Monthly Progress Reports (MPRs) Effectively work with all internal departments to efficiently manage and communicate sales organizational changes Manage overall dashboard of activity/metrics to showcase Sales Support success Manage action items for issues identified related to OTC process Create and submit various monthly and weekly reports as requested. Assist in setting up WebEx, meetings, on-boarding, and new employee hires Qualifications High School Diploma required, College Degree preferred 3-5 years of SAP data administration experience Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel/Word/Outlook & PowerPoint Proficient working with SAP Master Data and Pricing Willingness to quickly learn advanced technologies and tools available in industry Proven ability to partner with others to accomplish goals Excellent verbal and written communication skills Quick learner and problem solver; able to seek out solutions autonomously Strong organizational and prioritization skills Experience with CRM program preferred Visio knowledge a plus SAP is a must (Cobalt version preferred) Advanced Excel including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas, big data & reporting Power BI a plus Salesforce a plus Ocean reporting experience is a plus Must have some related corporate experiences. Must be able to handle working in a fast paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing on various projects.
