About
As a Data Analyst you will be focusing on creating and maintaining Power BI reports that support data-driven decisions across the group. This role will cover current CRM data and future telematics solutions, working closely with business and engineering teams.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* *Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for Group CRM and telematics data.*
* *Analyse data trends and anomalies to provide actionable insights for customer satisfaction and operational performance, through clear reporting to required Departments.*
* *Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.*
* *Integrate telematics data streams into analytics platforms.*
* *Extract data and format as necessary to perform data analytics, efficiently.*
*Essential Skills:*
* *Proficiency in Power BI, Fabric, Python and Excel.*
* *Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.*
* *Strong understanding of data architecture and database concepts.*
* *Good communication skills for working with cross-functional teams.*
*Desirable Skills:*
* Familiarity with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
* Experience with APIs for data extraction.
* Knowledge of data modelling and DAX.
*Qualifications:*
* *Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.*
* *Experience in data analysis or a similar role is advantageous. *
