We're seeking a highly organized and proactive Supply Chain Project Analyst to lead and support cross-functional initiatives within ADI's global semiconductor manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for professionals with 1-3 years of experience who are passionate about project management and eager to drive improvements in supply chain performance, process efficiency, and operational alignment across complex, high-tech environments.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management Leadership
Plan, coordinate, and execute supply chain projects from initiation through completion, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget alignment
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations in collaboration with internal stakeholders
Facilitate regular project meetings, track progress, and proactively manage risks and issues to ensure successful delivery
Prepare and present project updates, dashboards, and post-mortem analyses to senior leadership
Operational Execution & Support
Drive initiatives focused on improving material flow, supplier performance, and production readiness across global fabs and packaging sites
Support new product introductions by coordinating supply chain readiness activities and cross-functional alignment
Assist in process mapping and documentation to standardize workflows and reduce variability
Technology & Data Integration
Leverage ERP/planning systems and analytics tools to monitor project KPIs and supply chain metrics
Collaborate with IT and data teams to support digital transformation efforts, including system upgrades and automation projects
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Procurement, Manufacturing, Planning, and Logistics teams to ensure project goals align with operational priorities
Support S&OP and integrated business planning processes by providing timely project insights and scenario planning inputs
Coordinate with Engineering and Quality teams to ensure supply chain processes meet technical and compliance requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain , Engineering, Business, or related field
1-3 years of experience in supply chain operations or project management, preferably in a manufacturing or high-tech environment
Strong project management skills, including familiarity with methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project) and data platforms (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL , Tableau )
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement abilities
Preferred Skills
Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar
Exposure to semiconductor manufacturing processes or fab operations
Experience managing cross-functional projects in a matrixed organization
