As the Executive Chef, you will oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food production, menu innovation, and staff development. You will maintain cost efficiency, uphold food safety standards, and create an exceptional dining experience for guests.Key Responsibilities:* Develop and execute innovative menus while maintaining food cost efficiency* Oversee food preparation, quality control, and presentation standards* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations* Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff to enhance performance and teamwork* Manage inventory, vendor relations, and food purchasing* Collaborate with front-of-house teams to deliver a seamless dining experience* Maintain financial accountability through cost control and budgetingQualifications:* Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience preferred* Minimum 5 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen leadership role* Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen operations* Experience with menu development, food costing, and inventory management* Proven ability to lead, train, and develop a diverse culinary teamCurious about Life at Levy?
