This is an excellent opportunity for a Licensed Practical Nurse seeking a balanced work-life schedule while making a meaningful difference in residents' lives.Key Responsibilities:Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and regulatory standardsAdminister medications and treatments accurately and safelyMonitor residents' health status and report any changes to the healthcare teamAssist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and mobility supportDocument care provided and maintain accurate resident recordsCollaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive resident careUphold safety and infection control protocols at all timesSkills and Qualifications:Valid and current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of FloridaPrior experience in a long-term care or assisted living setting preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamCompassionate, patient-focused approach to careFlexibility to work 12-hour shifts, including some weekendsBasic computer skills and familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems are a plusAt Grand Villa of New Port Richey, we foster a culture of respect, growth, and teamwork.
