**Start Date:** Flexible (Immediate Preferred)## What you’ll be doing **End-to-End Testing:** Perform comprehensive testing of mobile applications (Android & iOS) and web platforms to ensure optimal user experiences**API Testing:** Conduct thorough API testing to validate backend services and data integrity across our financial systems**Test Documentation:** Develop and maintain comprehensive test cases, test plans, and testing documentation for all product features**Bug Management:** Identify, document, and track bugs through their entire lifecycle from discovery to resolution**Cross-Team Collaboration:** Work closely with developers and designers to ensure quality standards are met throughout the development process**Exploratory Testing:** Participate in exploratory testing sessions and usability evaluations to uncover edge cases and improve user experience**Quality Assurance:** Ensure all financial features meet security standards and regulatory compliance requirements**Regression Testing:** Execute regression testing to maintain product stability across releases and updates## What skills you’ll need** Testing Experience:** 1–3 years of manual QA testing experience with a focus on quality and precision** API Testing:** Proficiency with API testing tools like Postman or Insomnia for backend validation** Test Management:** Familiarity with test management tools such as TestRail or Qase for organized testing workflows** Bug Tracking:** Experience with bug tracking tools like Jira, ClickUp, or Linear for efficient issue management** Attention to Detail:** Strong attention to detail and excellent reporting skills for comprehensive quality documentation** Communication:** Clear communication skills and ability to work effectively in collaborative team environments## Bonus Points Experience in fintech, banking, or other regulated industriesKnowledge of financial compliance requirements and security testingFamiliarity with automation testing concepts and toolsUnderstanding of accessibility testing and usability principles## What We Offer** Global Impact:** Help scale innovative banking solutions across international markets** Growth Opportunity:** Join a fast-growing fintech company backed by strong partnerships and regulatory frameworks** Remote Flexibility:** Work remotely while collaborating with a diverse, international team** Mission-Driven Work:** Contribute to financial empowerment and accessibility for users worldwide## What we look forWe're looking for QA Engineers who share our commitment to excellence, security, and user empowerment.
