Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures
Conduct regular audits and assessments of healthcare services
Collaborate with clinical staff to identify areas for quality improvement
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards
Provide training and support to staff on quality assurance practices
Analyze data and prepare reports on quality metrics and outcomes
Lead quality improvement initiatives and projects
Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in quality assurance
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field
5+ years of experience in quality assurance within the healthcare sector
Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsEffective communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in quality management tools and software
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
