Role Description This is a paid on-site Internship role based in Ann Arbor, MI. The intern will engage in various day-to-day responsibilities, including assisting with digital marketing content creation, conducting market research, eCommerce platform management, supporting marketing initiatives, collaborating with team members on creative projects, and maintaining organizational support for ongoing operations. The role offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the garden décor and outdoor living industry. Qualifications Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively Interest in digital marketing, media content creation, eCommerce management or related fields Basic understanding of marketing principles and a creative mindset Team collaboration skills and proactive in learning new tools and processes Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with basic design software is a plus Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a related degree program Job Specifications and Pay Though mainly an in-person role, there is opportunity for remote work to account for holidays, as well as family and personal vacation time Weekly hours will range from 20 - 24 hrs. to start with the potential for additional hours depending on the candidates interest, ability and willingness to perform new tasks There is the possibility of ongoing employment once classes have resumed in the fall Pay ranges from $18 - 20 hr.
