About
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team, providing therapy and support for children with autism. In this role, you’ll evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and cognitive disorders in patients under the age of 6. You’ll work closely with families and a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans, monitor progress, and ensure meaningful outcomes for every child.

Compensation:$75,000 per year
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive care.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate patient records.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
- Provide therapy sessions to improve children’s communication skills.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in good standing.
- Understanding of speech and language anatomy.
- Prior experience with pediatric populations, preferably in autism therapy.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Skilled in speech therapy techniques, Gestalt Language Processing, and AAC device usage.
