Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to oversee the design, development, and support of complex .NET solutions for a variety of state government business needs. This position will be full-time and on-site.

Only work authorizations that will not require sponsorship now or in the future will be considered.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of ASP.NET Web Forms applications

  • Maintain and enhance existing code

  • Perform and participate in design and code review

  • Identify risks and make recommendations for best practices

  • Meet with and manage expectations of key stakeholders

What You'll Need

Required:

  • 10 years of experience overseeing the design, development, and maintenance of ASP.NET Web Forms applications

  • 10 years of experience maintaining and enhancing existing code

  • 10 years of experience performing and participating in design and code review

  • 10 years of experience identifying risks and making recommendations for best practices

  • 5 years of experience meeting with and managing expectations of key stakeholders

Preferred:

  • Experience with state government business needs

  • Familiarity with architecture and coding standards

Physical Demands 

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards.

  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor.

  • Must be able to communicate with customers/team members over the phone and in person.

  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

$50.00 - $55.00 per hour

The pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role may also be entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
