Cortland Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, a leading provider of short and long-term care in Central New York, is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. As a CNA at Cortland Park, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate and quality care to our residents. • Provide exceptional care to our residents, adhering to high standards of quality and compassion
• Identify changes in resident conditions and report accordingly
• Document resident care and progress
• Demonstrate proficiency in Nursing standard of care skills
• Work collaboratively as a team member to achieve outstanding patient outcomes
• Provide outstanding customer service to residents, families, and visitors

• Current New York State certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in good standing on the Nursing Assistant Registry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong work ethic and ability to multitask

• Competitive hourly wages: $18 - $26.07
