About
Rehlko is a global leader in power and energy resilience. Formerly known as Kohler Energy, Rehlko has continually shaped the way the world powers homes, industries, and critical infrastructure.
As part of this exciting growth, WB Power Services has now become Rehlko. This transition marks our evolution into an OEM, allowing us to design, build, and deliver complete power solutions from the ground up. It’s a transformation that strengthens our technical capability, expands our product range, and deepens the value we offer to our clients.
We retain the strong, values-led foundation of a family business, while being empowered by the scale, resources, and global vision of Rehlko. For our people, this means new opportunities, bigger projects, and a chance to shape the future of resilient, sustainable energy.

You will play a key role in improving existing products, developing new solutions, and ensuring all design activity meets Rehlko’s technical, safety, and compliance standards.
What You'll Be Doing

* Capture and specify design requirements accurately.
* Use mathematical modelling to validate new concepts and assess feasibility and cost‑effectiveness.
* Translate verbal requirements into detailed design proposals, identifying issues and implementing solutions to achieve high‑quality outcomes.
* Carry out simulations for new and prototype products using in‑house software, providing feedback and design support.
* Track and document all design changes.
* Maintain control of Bills of Materials (BoM), CAD models, and engineering drawings.
* Undertake special projects as required.
What We’re Looking For
* Strong background in engineering design, ideally within power systems, mechanical engineering, or a related technical field.
* Proficient in CAD and CAE software, with the ability to produce accurate, high‑specification drawings.
* Strong analytical and mathematical modelling skills.
* Ability to interpret and translate technical requirements into practical design solutions.
* Experience working within ISO‑driven quality frameworks.
