Scope and Purpose: As our Sales Coordinator, you will be instrumental in providing administrative and operational support to the Sales Team with a specific focus on delivering exceptional service to our domestic and international clients, guests and business partners. You will be passionate about providing flawless administrative support to the Director of Sales and the wider Sales team, ensuring the smooth coordination of sales activities, client communications and hotel promotions. You will play an integral part in a team dedicated to showcasing Hotel Café Royals facilities and services in the most engaging and informative way, while supporting the hotels commitment to delivering world-class guest experiences.
Your profile Previous sales administration or coordinator experience preferably within a hotel, hospitality or luxury environment Strong understanding of customer service and guest engagement standards Excellent administrative and organisational skills with strong attention to detail Confident communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues Knowledge of Opera, Salesforce or similar CRM systems is advantageous Passion for luxury hospitality and delivering personalised experiences Ability to multitask and manage numerous projects simultaneously Proactive, professional and solutions-focused approach Maintains the highest levels of integrity and confidentiality Innovative and creative mindset with awareness of current trends within the London hotel and travel market Proven team ethic and collaborative working style Able and willing to learn, develop and embrace new ideas

Your role As a Sales Coordinator, you will report to the Director of Sales and support the wider Sales team through a professional, organised and service-focused approach. Your aim will be to provide seamless administrative and operational support that contributes to the successful promotion and sale of Hotel Café Royals facilities and services. As one of the first points of contact for sales enquiries, you will provide courteous, knowledgeable and engaging support to guests, clients and business partners, maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail at all times. You will assist with coordinating client communications, preparing proposals, contracts and quotations, and ensuring all client information and account details are accurately maintained within Opera and Salesforce systems. You will support the Sales Managers with research and preparation for sales calls, client meetings, familiarisation trips and site visits, while also assisting in the coordination of giveaways, collateral and sales materials. In addition, you will participate in hotel show rounds, sales events and familiarisation experiences, promoting Hotel Café Royals event spaces, facilities and services in an engaging and personalised manner. You will also play an important role in maintaining the smooth day-to-day operation of the Sales Office by supporting administrative processes, maintaining office organisation and supplies, coordinating departmental documentation and ensuring all correspondence adheres to Hotel Café Royal standards. The ideal candidate will be passionate about luxury hospitality, highly organised, proactive and personable, with excellent communication skills, strong commercial awareness and the ability to deliver a world-class service experience with elegance, creativity and attention to detail. In line with the requirements of the Asylum & Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK or be able to obtain such. Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from candidates.
