This facility is seeking for a Urology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant(NP) locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details & requirements for this opportunity:
- Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, 8am – 4:30pm
- Practice Setting: Outpatient
- Type of cases: clinic coverage-urology cases
- Credentialing timeframe: 90 days
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic
- Certifications required: Board Certified and Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Licensure required: Active Wisconsin State License
