Experience:

• 36 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

Requirements:

• No current placement allowed at Program: Favorite Healthcare Program - Endeavor Health.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: CLT or RT with Cath Lab experience. Busy-volumes outpatient up 20%-fast lab-skilled physicians for a community hospital; Bigger teaching hospitals-CDH Good Same have like equipment,

Required Credentials: IEMA Certification

Special Requests: Candidates should be able to start within 2 to 3 weeks of offer.

Shift & Scheduling:

Weekend Requirements: As Needed

On-Call Requirements: 7 or 8 days per month, every third weekend, 2 hrs guaranteed when called in

Holiday Requirements: As needed

7 days maximum time off

2 references required
