We are actively seeking an experienced Business Litigation Paralegal to join a well-established and growing law firm in Greensboro, North Carolina. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, complex litigation environment.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in business or commercial litigation
  • Experience supporting cases involving complex disputes such as breach of contract, fraud, partnership disputes, or other business-related matters
  • Strong knowledge of state and federal court procedures
  • Proficiency with legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis) and case management systems
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities:
  • Assist attorneys through all phases of litigation from inception through trial
  • Draft, review, and manage legal documents including pleadings, discovery, and correspondence
  • Coordinate and manage large-scale document production and e-discovery
  • Conduct legal research and summarize findings
  • Prepare for depositions, hearings, and trial
  • Maintain case files and track critical deadlines
