Key Responsibilities
- Process and enter a high volume of invoices daily, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation
- Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documentation
- Assist with vendor setup and maintain vendor records, including compliance documentation
- Review and process recurring expenses, including utilities across multiple locations
- Support vendor payments, including credit card transactions and approvals
- Perform account and statement reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies
- Maintain organized records and assist with document management within the AP function
- Communicate with internal teams to resolve invoice and payment-related questions
- 1-2+ years of accounts payable or accounting support experience
- Experience working in a high-volume invoice processing environment (200+ invoices weekly preferred)
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, or similar functions)
- Experience with expense or invoice management systems (Concur or similar required)
- Exposure to ERP systems is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a team
