Job Duties:
- Prepare and post general ledger journal entries to support month-end and year-end close
- Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Manage cash application and ensure accurate posting of customer payments
- Process and review employee expense reports for accuracy and policy compliance
- Assist with internal and external audit requests, including preparing supporting documentation
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts and maintain supporting schedules
- Support inventory and cost accounting processes related to manufacturing operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial data and reporting
- Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and recommend process improvements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- 3-5+ years of accounting experience (manufacturing experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of GL accounting, reconciliations, and month-end close
- Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of GAAP and internal controls
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Pay Details: $33.00 to $38.00 per hour
