Position Information Position Title - Adjunct Instructor, Computer Information Technology (2025-2026) - PTT Department - Computer Information Technology Location - Lincoln Job Category - Faculty Job Type - PT Posting Number - 01595 Position Summary Information General Description of Position - Under the general direction and supervision of the Division Dean/Associate Dean and the Co-Program Chairs of the Computer Information Technology Program, the instructor is responsible for providing regular instruction, developing and updating the courses taught in a classroom/laboratory, Internet, and or distance-learning environment. This is a part-time temporary position. Essential Functions Marginal Functions Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Minimum Qualifications - Associate degree in Computer Information Technology or related degree. Two (2) years recent industry experience in Computer Information Technology. Desired Qualifications - Documentation of an advance degree or additional college training related to Computer Information Technology teaching and instruction. Teaching experience in the classroom/laboratory, Internet, and or distance-learning environment. Salary - TBD Benefits - Part-time temporary employees are eligible to participate in the TIAA retirement plan through a Roth, SRA, or 457(B) account, with no match provided by the College. Schedule - This is a part-time temporary position with assignments based on program needs.
