*Senior Technical Project Manager Position Summary:*
As a *Senior Project Manager* at Chetu, you will be responsible for leading large-scale, complex IT projects and programs from initiation through delivery. You will provide strategic direction, ensure alignment with business objectives, manage senior stakeholders, and mentor project teams to consistently deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
*Senior Technical Project Manager* *Roles & Responsibilities:*
* *Project & Program Leadership:* Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple or high-impact IT projects, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality standards are met.
* *Strategic Planning:* Translate business requirements into executable project plans aligned with organizational goals.
* *Stakeholder Management:* Partner with senior leadership, clients, and cross-functional teams to manage expectations, priorities, and deliverables.
* *Team Leadership & Mentorship:* Guide, mentor, and support project managers and technical teams, fostering accountability and high performance.
* *Risk & Issue Management:* Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and issues; develop mitigation strategies to ensure delivery success.
* *Budget & Resource Management:* Own project budgets, forecasts, and resource planning to optimize utilization and cost efficiency.
* *Process & Governance:* Enforce project management best practices, governance standards, and reporting across initiatives.
* *Communication & Reporting:* Provide clear, timely project updates, executive-level reports, and status dashboards to stakeholders.
*Requirement:*
* *Education:* Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
* *Certifications:* PMP, PgMP, or similar project management certification preferred.
* *Experience:* 10+ years of experience in project management, including leading complex IT or software delivery projects.
* *Skills:* Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making skills.
* *Tools:* Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar platforms.
* *Knowledge:* Strong understanding of SDLC, enterprise systems, and delivery methodologies including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid models

Pay: $100,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
