Job Summary:

The Service Advisor is responsible for guiding customers through vehicle service and repair processes. This includes assessing service needs, generating estimates, writing repair orders, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers in selecting recommended service in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner
  • Use the walk around process to educate customers on vehicle condition and build rapport
  • Generate service estimates and quotes
  • Schedule service appointments and maintain an organized workflow
  • Conduct post repair follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly
  • Maintain professionalism, integrity, and a focus on customer loyalty
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Service Advisor experience preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
  • Proficiency with computers, phones, and dealership software preferred
  • Self motivated, goal oriented, and able to thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Professional appearance and work ethic
Working Conditions:
  • Work primarily indoors with some outdoor activity in an auto shop environment
  • Daily walking, standing, and sitting required
  • Must be available to work full time, including occasional evenings or weekends as needed
