The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth through corporate, group, and leisure sales segments. This role will focus on developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue goals Prospect, solicit, and secure new business accounts Maintain relationships with existing clients and key accounts Conduct site tours, sales calls, and client presentations Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements Collaborate with revenue management and operations teams Track sales activity and maintain accurate records in CRM systems Stay informed on local market trends and competitor activity Qualifications 3+ years of hotel sales experience preferred Strong knowledge of the NYC/Brooklyn market is a plus Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets Experience with hotel CRM systems and sales reporting tools Professional, self-motivated, and results-driven Benefits Competitive salary + bonus structure Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Employee hotel discounts (portfolio-wide) Career growth opportunities within StepStone Hospitality Equal Opportunity Employer
