Job Type: Full-Time, Mon-Fri (PST Hours) We're looking for a Short Form Content Editor to own post-production across three core workstreams: client ad creative, internal agency marketing content, and internal own paid ads. This is a high-volume, fast-turnaround role where you'll be editing 15–25+ clips per week across multiple brands and formats. You'll work closely with the Media Team and leadership to produce high-performing, social-first content. Client Ad Creative Editing Edit short-form video ads for TikTok, Meta, and YouTube Shorts Cut raw creator and UGC footage into polished, high-converting ads (15s, 30s, 60s) Build variations of top-performing creatives for testing Add text overlays, captions, CTAs, motion graphics, and sound design Maintain brand consistency across multiple client accounts Internal Agency Content Edit short form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn Turn internal footage (founder content, team clips, events, case studies) into engaging social-first edits Support thought leadership content aligned with the agency's voice Internal Ads & Paid Acquisition Edit ad creatives for the agency's own Meta and TikTok campaigns Create VSL cuts, testimonial mashups, and direct-response style ads Rapidly iterate on ad variations based on performance feedback
