Partner with engineering, sales, and production to deliver customer-ready solutions Support orders through production and provide clear, proactive customer updates Troubleshoot technical and process issues with minimal direction Build strong customer relationships through responsive, consultative support Present technical information clearly—internally and externallyWhat You Bring 3–5+ years of experience in quotations, application engineering, or technical sales Background in switchgear, substations, E-Houses, industrial power systems, or similar Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and system layouts Experience developing product specs and project-based quotes Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems (preferred)
