Bilingual Sales BDC

Davis Chevrolet located in Houston, TX is looking for a Business Development Center Representative (BDC) to join our successful team. We are looking for individuals with BDC or equivalent call center experience and the drive to succeed.

• Address incoming sales calls
• Email, text, and call customers with information pertaining to their vehicle purchase
• Keep up-to-date notes in the CRM
• Address customer concerns- Understand and maintain product knowledge
• Assist customers with the purchase of a new vehicle
• Complete daily work activities
• Maintain customer satisfaction
• Other duties assigned

• Previous call center experience is strongly encouraged
• Bilingual a plus!!!
• Professional appearance
• Extent communication skills
• Team oriented
• Basic computer skills
• Team Velocity experience preferred

This is a full time position and we offer competitive compensation.

Job Type: Full-time 9am-6pm some Saturdays

Salary: $26,960.00 - $55,450.00 per year

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Sales Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
