Job Description

The Position: Full-time Physical Therapist Assistant

Location: Arcadia scenic, active, and minutes from downtown Phoenix. You'll work directly with a supervising PT across varied therapy settings. Expect a diverse caseload, hands-on treatment, patient education, and collaboration with an experienced team. New grads receive structured mentorship; experienced PTAs are given opportunities for specialization, program leadership, and increased autonomy.

Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited ACOTE program
  • Licensed PTA in Arizona; current CPR certification
  • Strong communication and patient-education skills
  • Bilingual in Spanish would be a plus for this role
  • Organized, able to multitask, and committed to high-quality patient care
  • Outgoing, collaborative, and eager to learn or lead depending on experience
Additional Information

Compensation: $30 - $34, depending on experience level
