Experienced Service Advisor

Porsche Monterey is seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Experienced Service Advisor to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-centric environment and is passionate about delivering a premium service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of satisfaction
• Accurately assess customer needs and communicate service recommendations
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and quality repairs
• Provide clear updates to customers throughout the service process
• Prepare estimates, invoices, and explain completed work
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor
• High-line or luxury automotive experience is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
• Professional demeanor and commitment to customer service excellence

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commissions off Individual Sales, and Individual Gross Profit, and bonus opportunities based on Individual Manufacturer Approvability, Customer Pay Labor per RO, Flat Rate Hours.

The Annual Estimated Earnings Range is $64,500.00 - $161,800.00.
