Your Impact as Weekend Supervisor- Lead and support the nursing team during weekend shifts, ensuring safe, high-quality care.
- Serve as the clinical and leadership resource for staff, residents, and families.
- Oversee staffing, workflow, and compliance in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment.
- Promote teamwork, accountability, and a culture of compassion and excellence.
- Collaborate with leadership to maintain continuity of care and operational success.
- Current and valid Texas RN license or RN license from a Compact Party State.
- Minimum 2 years of charge nurse experience in a skilled nursing facility.
- At least 1 year of leadership or management experience.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to guide, coach, and support teams.
