Medical Alternatives, Inc. is seeking dependable, compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to support individuals in AFC-licensed group homes and semi-independent living settings. This role is hands-on, team-oriented, and focused on delivering consistent, person-centered care.

Full-time (minimum 32 hours/week) Optional overtime available

$17.00 $19.00 per hour (based on experience)

Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs): hygiene, meals, housekeeping, and shopping

Support medication preparation and administration

Transport and accompany residents as needed (company vehicle provided)

Provide consistent, respectful care in a structured environment

$3,500 hiring bonus

Valid Michigan driver's license
