As an Account Service Representative, you'll be on the front line of C Spire's customer experience in one of our retail locations. You'll join an elite, sales-focused team that thrives on exceeding goals and winning together. Responsibilities: What You Will Do

  • Drive wireless, home services, and business sales to exceed monthly goals and unlock uncapped commission opportunitiesaveraging over $50,000 annually in total compensation.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable and trusted consultant for customers, staying up to date on the latest devices, plans, and home services.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with integrity and enthusiasm in every interaction.
  • Contribute to a high-performing team that is laser-focused on dominating the telecommunications industry.
  • Leverage C Spire's investment in your futureadvance through our management training programs or grow where you are with ongoing retail development support.
  • Represent the C Spire brand with professionalism, passion, and drive.

Qualifications: What You Will Bring

  • You'll bring a passion for technology, a dedication to results, and the drive to deliver unbeatable service to every customer who walks through our doors.
  • In addition to that, we require: One year of customer service or sales experience or a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A passion for technology and a commitment to staying current on new devices and plans.
  • Ability to work a full-time, irregular schedule that includes some evenings and Saturdays.
  • We will give special consideration to candidates who have: Two or more years of experience in sales or in a customer-facing, fast-paced retail environment. A proven track record of hitting goals and advancing professionally.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

  • Must be able to work evenings and Saturdays in a flexible schedule shared by other department members.
  • Must be able to lift 40 lbs. of materials.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time, have finger/wrist/arm mobility, and finger dexterity to use computer keyboard and/or mouse, while viewing a computer screen.
