As the Financial Reporting Manager, you’ll Prepare the consolidated financial results of GXO on a monthly basis, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of preparing the financials and reporting internally, to the leadership team, analysis on the results and variances to prior periods.
Work with the regional teams to resolve any queries or issues and provide information to leadership on a timely basis.
Ensure a smooth audit process, providing both internal and external auditors with the information required to close out any requests. Maintaining a strong SOX environment and ensuring all internal controls are adhered to and compliance is evidenced

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Oversee the company’s internal financial reporting process, including the preparation of consolidated monthly and quarterly financial statements, P&L, balance sheet and statement of cash flows
- Manage cashflow movement/roll forward schedules and the consolidated cashflow and free cash flow statements
- Support the external financial reporting process including Form 10-K and 10-Q
- Ensure all elimination entries are properly documented and recorded
- Responsible for optimizing financial reporting systems (including Oracle, HFM and other financial systems)
- Direct the metadata management and rule modifications within Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), including user testing for proposed system changes
- Support the annual audit and quarterly review activities with external auditors
- Complete and maintain process documentation to ensure Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance for areas of responsibility
- Oversee financial chart of accounts
What you need to succeed at GXO:
At a minimum, you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5 years/industry experience
- CPA, or equivalent
- US GAAP, HFM, MS Office experience
