Job Title: IT Project Manager 4 Location: Pascagoula, MS 39581 (Onsite) Shift: Normal Business Hours Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Level 4 IT Project Manager to lead complex, high-impact, and large-scale technology initiatives. In this role, you will manage multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish, working with cross-functional partners, business stakeholders, IT management, enterprise resources, managed service providers, and vendors. You will act as a strategic orchestrator to deliver measurable business value, ensuring alignment between technical implementation and business objectives. Key Responsibilities Full Lifecycle Management Complex Problem-Solving Strategic Planning Stakeholder & Communication Management Risk & Issue Management Budget & Financial Management Vendor & Contract Management Quality & Compliance Methodology & Mentorship AI & Data-Driven Management Change Enablement Additional Responsibilities: Define project scope and develop detailed plans Manage cross-functional teams Mitigate risks and communicate progress to stakeholders Deliver complex IT projects (cloud migrations, ERP implementations, infrastructure overhauls) on time, within budget, and with high quality Bridge the gap between technical implementation and business impact Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 5 years of applicable project management experience managing enterprise-level IT projects Experience in heavily regulated industries such as defense or government contracting Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, ServiceNow PPM Module) Expert-level knowledge of multiple project management methodologies Required Skills PMP certification Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Strong technical background Superior verbal and written communication skills with ability to present complex technical information to non-technical and executive audiences Advanced strategic thinking, analytical, and complex problem-solving capabilities Ability to deconstruct ambiguous issues and leverage data (including AI-driven insights) into actionable solutions Strong financial acumen and experience with complex budget management Experience managing projects within complex organizational structures involving outsourced partners and managed service providers Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in complex enterprise environments Ability to navigate ambiguity while introducing appropriate structure Preferred Qualifications Experience in shipbuilding or manufacturing industry Experience leading major cloud migration or digital transformation initiatives Experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management module Familiarity with cloud AI ecosystems (AWS SageMaker, Azure AI) Experience working with DevOps or MLOps frameworks AI & Data Capabilities Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts and lifecycle management (data preparation, model training, deployment) Experience using AI-powered project management tools for predictive scheduling, resource optimization, or advanced risk analysis Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts as applied to project management and IT operations
