Requirement Detail's: Job Title: End User Computing (EUC) technician This position is contract role Job Summary The End User Computing (EUC) Level 1 technician is responsible for providing first-level technical support to end users for hardware, software, and IT-related issues. The role includes troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, and basic network connectivity issues while ensuring smooth IT operations for users. Key Responsibilities Provide Level 1 technical support for end users via phone, email, or ticketing systems. Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral issues. Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and basic applications. Assist users with password resets, account unlocks, and access issues. Support Microsoft Office / O365 applications and email troubleshooting. Diagnose and resolve basic network connectivity issues (LAN/Wi-Fi). Install and configure software applications and security updates. Maintain and update IT asset inventory. Escalate complex technical issues to Level 2 or specialized IT teams. Provide on-site or remote support to ensure minimal downtime for users. Required Skills Basic knowledge of Windows OS (Windows 10/11) Understanding of Active Directory (basic user management) Knowledge of Microsoft Office / Office 365 Basic network troubleshooting knowledge Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.) is a plus Good communication and problem-solving skills Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
