Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of the ecosystem, acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for partners and end-users Engage with partners and end-users to optimize their use of technology and tailor solutions to meet specific needs Collaborate with revenue-generating teams to identify and deliver effective solutions, contributing to sales growth and customer retention
Required Qualifications
3 - 5 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Engineering Support, or Software Development Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Experience in a relevant technical field with a focus on customer-facing roles Technical knowledge of telematics, IoT, APIs, and related technologies Experience with programming languages and familiarity with data analysis tools preferred
