We are seeking
motivated, driven, and coachable Sales Representatives
to join our remote team. In this role, you will educate clients across the nation on private healthcare, life insurance, and supplemental coverage options, helping them secure protection that fits their unique lifestyle and budget. This is a full-time remote opportunity with strong income potential for individuals who are self-disciplined and performance-oriented. Key Responsibilities
Prospect, generate, and follow up with leads nationwide Conduct virtual consultations via phone or video conferencing Educate clients on private health insurance, life insurance, and ancillary products Assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions Explain policy features, benefits, exclusions, and pricing clearly and accurately Maintain compliance with all state and federal insurance regulations Qualifications
Active Health and/or Life Insurance License (or willingness to obtain) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Comfortable working independently in a remote environment Basic computer proficiency and ability to use CRM systems Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships Competitive commission structure with uncapped earning potential Performance-based bonuses and incentives Flexible remote work environment Ongoing training and mentorship Opportunities for advancement into leadership roles Ideal Candidate
