Role Mission

As Director, Business Development - Integrated Projects, you are at the core of our growth. You build and activate strategic relationships with key clients, champion the A+ integrated approach, and actively influence how projects are conceived and delivered.

You convert opportunities by positioning a collaborative, high-performance, low-friction approach. In parallel, you lead the business development strategy by aligning efforts, structuring initiatives, and maximizing market impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and activate your own ecosystem of influencers and clients by developing a strategic target list, leveraging tools such as LinkedIn, CoStar, Buzz, and others

  • Act as the primary driver of demand by generating a strong pipeline and achieving annual qualified opportunity targets

  • Turn key influencers into A+ ambassadors capable of generating 3 to 5 concrete opportunities per year

  • Deploy a business development approach inspired by level five selling : creating real value through long-term, trust-based relationships

  • In close collaboration with the Account managers, convert qualified opportunities into signed and delivered projects

Job requirements

  • Established network in commercial/industrial real estate and experience in complex, multi-stakeholder sales

  • Proven track record in business development and conversion of high-value opportunities

  • Ability to influence decision-makers and challenge traditional approaches

  • Strong autonomy, entrepreneurial mindset, and rigor in pipeline management

  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and consultative selling skills

  • Fully bilingual (French and English)
