Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Aspire of Perry is seeking dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team in Perry, Iowa. As a CNA at Aspire of Perry, you will have the opportunity to work in a supportive and nurturing environment, providing high-quality care to our customers. Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, you will utilize your basic physical assessment skills and understand the principles of Nursing to develop and implement individualized Nursing Care Plans.

Responsibilities:

• Provide various customer care activities and related nonprofessional services essential to caring for personal needs and comfort of customers
• Utilize basic physical assessment skills and understand the principles of Nursing to develop and implement individualized Nursing Care Plans
• Ensure that the needs of customers are met and maintain a safe and clean environment
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer care activities

Requirements:

• Certified Nurse Aide certification
• Successful completion of a State-approved Certified Nursing Assistant program
• Attend a minimum of 12 hours Continuing Education programs provided by the Center to maintain Certification
