We're growing and looking for an Assistant Manager who brings real retail selling experience, takes ownership on the floor, and can help lead a team to consistently hit and exceed goals.
What You'll Be Doing
- Drive sales daily set the pace on the floor, actively approach customers, and model consultative selling techniques for your team
- Deliver personalized skincare consultations that educate customers and build loyalty
- Support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, including opening/closing, inventory, and scheduling
- Coach and motivate team members to hit individual and store sales targets
- Hold yourself and your team accountable to KPIs, conversion rates, and average transaction value
- Maintain visual standards and a welcoming, high-energy store environment
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of retail sales experience required (specialty, beauty, or skincare preferred)
- 2+ years as an Assistant Manager or Lead Keyholder required
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals we'll ask about your numbers
- Strong floor presence: you are comfortable initiating conversations and guiding customers to a purchase
- Experience coaching others to sell, not just telling them what to do
- Genuine enthusiasm for skincare and wellness product knowledge you can build on
- Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with a wide range of people
- 18+ | High school diploma or equivalent | Able to pass a background check
