Job Description: We are seeking a Backend Developer to design and build scalable automation solutions and backend services that support business workflows and data-driven applications. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop backend systems and automation solutions using Python Build and integrate RESTful APIs using Flask and JSON Develop and manage data pipelines and backend logic for processing structured data Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance and reliability Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable backend solutions Required Skills: 5-8years of experience in Python backend development Strong experience with Flask and REST API development Solid experience with SQL databases or Snowflake Experience with data processing tools such as Pandas Familiarity with Docker and containerized environments Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines Strong problem-solving and debugging skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Preferred Skills: Experience with data pipelines and workflow automation Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies Exposure to YAML-based configuration or infrastructure automation Basic understanding of frontend technologies (React) is a plus, not required Strong communication and collaboration skills We are Connectors.
