WILL DO Concept Execution (Photo + Video) Translate creative ideas into clear, actionable execution plans Assign concepts to photographers and videographers with strong direction Identify content gaps and proactively suggest new ideas to improve performance Photoshoots (Shot Lists + Direction) Build detailed, structured shot lists aligned to creative goals Direct framing, angles, and priority shots on set Assist during shoots to ensure all content is captured accurately and efficiently Adapt in real time to optimize output Paid Ads Video Editing Edit high-priority video assets for paid media and whitelisting Reformat, crop, and add music to optimize for platform performance Iterate quickly based on performance data and team feedback Creator Management Review creator submissions and provide clear, actionable feedback Maintain consistency and quality across all creator content Track deliverables and manage creator invoicing QA & Content Organization Perform quality assurance on all assets prior to review Ensure correct specs, naming conventions, and formatting Maintain a clean, organized, and scalable content library ABOUT YOU Highly detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership over your work Able to move quickly while staying organized and maintaining quality Comfortable giving clear direction and constructive feedback Familiar with basic video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, InShot) Understands what makes creative perform in paid media environments Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented Why Join Us?
