About the Role We're looking for a Senior Solutions Architect with deep expertise in ERP systems and EDI integrations to help shape our technology landscape. You'll lead the design and integration of business-critical platforms, ensuring seamless connectivity between ERP systems, external partners, and internal applications. What You'll Do Solution Architecture & Design Lead design of scalable, secure architecture across ERP and integration platforms Translate business needs into clear technical designs and solution blueprints Establish and maintain architecture standards, documentation, and best practices ERP Strategy & Delivery Partner with internal teams and vendors to design and optimize ERP environments (Microsoft Dynamics) Drive ERP initiatives including upgrades, migrations, and modernization Align ERP systems with key business processes — order management, procurement, inventory, and finance Define how ERP integrates with CRM, WMS, TMS, eCommerce, and other platforms EDI & B2B Integration Design and support EDI solutions connecting customers, suppliers, and third-party partners Work with standard formats (ANSI X12, EDIFACT) and protocols (AS2, SFTP, APIs) Guide trading partner onboarding and ensure integration compliance Oversee mapping, testing, monitoring, and issue resolution for EDI transactions Integration Architecture Define and implement enterprise integration strategies using APIs, middleware, and iPaaS solutions Enable connectivity across cloud and on-premise systems Evaluate tools and technologies to improve performance and scalability What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a related field 7+ years of experience in ERP, enterprise architecture, or systems integration 4+ years in a Solutions Architect or senior technical leadership role Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics (GP or D365) — required Familiarity with EDI platforms and B2B integration Experience designing enterprise-level integration solutions xywuqvp Strong knowledge of finance and supply chain business processes Excellent communication and leadership skills Benefits & Perks Medical, dental, and vision insurance — employees and dependents covered HSA and FSA options; life insurance and short/long-term disability Employee Assistance Program (EAP) — mental health and wellness support 401(k) with company match Annual performance-based bonus eligibility Generous PTO — vacation, sick leave, personal days, and paid holidays Paid parental and bereavement leave L&D stipend for certifications, courses, and conferences; tuition reimbursement Mentorship, career pathing, and internal growth opportunities Company-provided equipment; employee referral bonus program
