Found First Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of a growing and forward-thinking legal services organisation based in Bolton. We are looking for an experienced Proclaim Case Management Developer to join an established team and play a key role in maintaining, developing, and supporting the organisation’s Proclaim system.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 2–3 years’ experience working with Eclipse Proclaim who is looking to further develop their career within a supportive and modern working environment. The successful candidate will be involved in system development, workflow automation, user support, and continuous improvement projects across the business.
The role offers a hybrid working structure, combining office-based collaboration with the flexibility of remote working.
*The Role*
As a Proclaim Developer, you will work closely with clients (law firms) to ensure the Proclaim system continues to operate efficiently and effectively. You will be responsible for assisting with system development, troubleshooting issues, implementing workflow enhancements, and supporting users across a range of legal businesses.
You will also contribute to ongoing projects aimed at improving processes, automation, reporting, and system functionality.
This role would suit someone who enjoys problem-solving, has strong technical and communication skills, and is passionate about delivering practical solutions within a fast-paced professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Developing, maintaining, and improving workflows within Eclipse Proclaim
* Supporting users with technical issues and system queries
* Assisting with the creation and modification of templates, reports, and automated processes
* Troubleshooting and resolving Proclaim-related issues efficiently
* Working with internal departments to gather requirements and improve system functionality
* Supporting integrations with third-party platforms and software
* Testing and implementing system updates and enhancements
* Producing and maintaining technical documentation where required
* Assisting with training and onboarding users on Proclaim functionality
* Monitoring system performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
* Collaborating with management and stakeholders on ongoing development projects
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates should have:
* A minimum of 2–3 years’ experience working with Eclipse Proclaim
* Previous experience in Proclaim development, administration, or support
* Knowledge of workflow design and automation processes
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
* A proactive and organised approach to work
* Experience within a legal or professional services environment is preferred but not essential
* Familiarity with SQL, reporting tools, or integrations would be advantageous
