Job description:
- Responsible for designing plans for our “in-house” customers
- Inform the customer about the products and services offered, then record the customer's final choices in Appendix B and proceed with the final quote based on the approved plans.
- Handle customer objections, reassure them, and/or provide technical explanations from the design stage onwards.
- Design 3D and 2D plans and pre-production documentation.
- Coordinate bids for sheet metal and bending, doors and windows, stains, and others as needed. Record budget changes to the contract as needed and obtain client approval.
- Create the contract and its appendices, checking the critical points identified (quantity, cost, dates, etc.). Check that everything matches.
- Notify colleagues when everything has been approved by the customer and the production plans are ready to be carried out.
- Carry out the production plans and review pre-production for final documentation recording.
- Collaborate with internal departments, such as Quality and R&D, to ensure process development and continuous improvement within the department.
- Any other related tasks, such as validating material files, orders, or plans by peers, and providing support to clients and colleagues.
- Clients with whom we must develop a relationship, identify needs, and develop a plan.
- Collaborate with sales advisors to take charge of their clients.
- Customers who arrive via Maquette with needs predefined by the sales advisor

Skills and qualifications:
- Knowledge of computer-aided design software;
- Autonomy, ability to learn quickly;
- Team spirit, curiosity, and open-mindedness;
- Ability to ask questions and actively seek information;
- Good priority management and technical rigor;
- Proficiency in reading plans.
Education:
- DEP/AEC or Certificate (Required)
