Up to £30,000 The Client Our client are a specialist in delivering great projects in warehousing and industrial building. Their services include pallet racking and industrial shelving, mezzanine ?oors for o?ce or storage, automated storage systems, partitioning, commercial interiors and solar PV systems. They are looking for an Internal Sales Executive to join their team. The Role of Internal Sales Executive As an Internal Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by engaging existing and target customers through targeted outbound sales activity. You will build strong customer relationships, maximise spend and proactively position our clients full proposition, as well as supporting cross-selling opportunities. Your impact will directly support business growth, customer retention and long-term commercial success. Duties & responsibilities Make proactive outbound calls to existing and target customers to secure and grow business Research, qualify and add relevant accounts to the CRM database Prepare, present and negotiate quotes pricing and agreements Maximise customer retention Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activity, quotes and opportunities within the CRM Build strong working relationships with customers, BDM's and internal operational teams Achieve daily and monthly KPIs in line with business expectations
