We’re working with a global, highly respected manufacturing business looking for a *Workday-focused HRIS Analyst* to join their team. This is a hands-on role with real visibility across the business — not just admin, but genuine influence on systems, processes, and data.
*What you’ll be doing:*
* Supporting and optimising the Workday system (HCM, Talent, Compensation, etc.)
* Troubleshooting issues across reporting, dashboards, and integrations
* Running audits and ensuring data accuracy and compliance
* Supporting system upgrades, releases, and testing
* Working closely with HR, IT, Finance, and external partners
* Turning business needs into practical system solutions
*What we’re looking for:*
* 2+ years *hands-on Workday experience*
* Background in HRIS / HR systems / Workday support
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Confident working with stakeholders across the business
* Someone proactive who enjoys improving systems, not just maintaining them
*The package:*
* Up to £65,000
* Hybrid working (3 days onsite / 2 remote post-probation)
* Free onsite parking (car required – limited public transport)
* Early finish on Fridays

Pay: £65,000.00 per year
