HOURS: 40 per week - Monday - Friday SALARY: £42-48k basic, plus company car, excellent bonus and benefits BENEFITS: Healthcare Cash Plan, High Street Discounts, Staff Discount BASE: Field Based Eurocell are a stock market listed Plc and the market leader for uPVC products within the building industry. Our New Business Managers are responsible for identifying, engaging, and winning new trade customers for our uPVC windows and doors portfolio. The role is new-business focused and targets installers, builders, home improvement companies, and merchants who do not currently buy from us. This position would suit a commercially driven sales professional with proactive sales drive and experience, excellent relationship-building skills, and strong market knowledge of the UK trade fenestration sector. WHAT OUR SALES MANAGERS DO: Proactively identify, target, and secure new trade customers such as installers, builders, home improvement firms, independent retailers, and builders' merchants Generate qualified leads through outbound activity, market mapping, and local networking Conduct prospect visits and product presentations to understand requirements and convert opportunities Build, manage, and maintain a high-quality new business pipeline Negotiate pricing and terms within company guidelines to secure profitable new accounts Identify opportunities to gain share from installers or merchants currently buying elsewhere Support prospects with technical guidance, specification advice, and product comparisons Liaise with internal technical teams where required to ensure suitability and accuracy Work with operations and customer service teams to ensure an effective onboarding process
WHAT WE NEED FROM OUR SALES MANAGERS: Proven experience in new business field sales, and a background selling uPVC windows, doors, or related building products to installers and trade customers Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills Ability to explain technical product features clearly and simply Confident communication and strong relationship-building skills Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel Understanding of trade supply routes in the home improvement and fenestration market Experience using CRM systems for lead and pipeline management Highly proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently Resilient, xbpsjku competitive, and driven to exceed targets Strong organisational and territory-planning skills Credible, confident, and professional with trade business owners and installers
