Service Advisor

• Must have a valid U.S drivers license.
• Must be reliable
• Minimum one year Customer Service experience required.
• Team Oriented and positive attitude with high energy personality.
• Ability to Multi Task and stay focused in a fast paced environment.
• Tekion experience a bonus.
• Professional appearance and attitude required.

Automotive Service Advisor/Writer Responsibilities

• Ability to achieve goals and objectives set by management.
• Communicate with parts department and technicians in order to complete repairs.
• Ability to perform Multi Point Inspection
• Report to Management for additional job duties.
• Saturdays Required (alternating)
• Schedule service appointments.
• Greet and write customers up in a timely manner.
• Maintain highest customer satisfaction in accordance with Manufactures guidelines,
• Review Repair Orders to ensure work is completed
• Ability to communicate effectively with both external and internal customers and employees.
• Job Type: Full-time

Supplemental pay types:

Bonus Pay Commission Pay 55,000 - 90,000 per year potential
